Innocent Mother-Daughter Dog Clinging To Each Other, Lying On A Mess Ground In Without Strength…
We found this innocent mother-daughter dog were lying on ground in a mess without strength. Daol is a fragile puppy, estimated 2 months old. She trembled at the sight of a stranger. By her side lay Da-seul, the mother, who was only a shadow of what she should have been.
They have collapsed, clinging only to each other and relying on each other without strength in a messed up state. Both had a lot of ticks in severe demodex. Their fur was matted with dirt, and their frames were alarmingly thin. It’s a testament to the hardships they had endured. We urgently moved then to the hospital & started treatment first The ticks that had infested their bodies were carefully removed.
They will be still receiving treatment for demodex. Da-seul’s weak frame hid a much graver secret – she tested positive for heartworm. It’s a condition that required immediate attention. Days turned into weeks as Daol and Da-seul battled their way back to health. Each day brought small victories. The return of their appetite, the sparkle in their eyes, and the strength in their limbs. If the treatment keep goes well, they will be able to go to the shelter in next few weeks. We watched with bated breath as Da-seul’s heartworm treatment progressed.
With each passing day, hope burned brighter for this mother-daughter duo began to take shape. Daol is such a lovely girl! As the weeks went by, Daol’s puppy-like energy began to shine through. Their days were filled with routines of care and kindness. The clinic staff meticulously attended to their medical needs, administering treatments Da-seul’s heartworm treatment was complex, requiring regular medication and monitoring…
…but the staff’s commitment remained unwavering. Slowly but surely, the once-frail bodies began to regain strength. Da-seul’s tired eyes grew brighter, reflecting the spark of life that had been rekindled within her. Da-seul’s heartworm was under control, and the demodex was receding. It was a testament to the power of love, care, and resilience. They’ll be fully recovered and ready for the adoption soon.
